FedEx are going to donate a McDonnell Douglas MD-10-30 Cargo plane to Non-Profit Orbis ,
Orbis have a fleet of one aircraft , a 40.7 year old McDonnell Douglas DC-10-10 the second DC-10 ever made, This Aircraft is approaching the end of it's expected life and will need replacing. That's where FedEx comes in FedEx has supported Orbis for more than three decades. The plane they will be getting is the 96th DC-10 built N330AU which is 38 years old and is due to be delivered in 2011.
